Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern your access to and use of Utilize and its connected Discord services, including Formalize and Vocalize (together, the “Services”). By signing in, installing a connected bot, submitting a form, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a Discord server, you confirm that you have authority to configure the Services for that server.

2. The Services

Utilize provides a shared dashboard for connected Discord tools. Formalize lets communities create and publish forms, receive responses and files, manage submission workflows, and create private Discord application channels. Vocalize provides temporary voice-room management, room controls, activity and moderation tools, optional XP features, logging, and related server configuration.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be permitted to use Discord and meet the minimum digital-consent age that applies where you live. You are responsible for activity performed through your Discord account and for promptly ending sessions or revoking access if your account becomes compromised.

4. Server administrator and staff responsibilities

Server administrators and authorised staff are responsible for choosing appropriate permissions, categories, channels, roles, forms, retention settings, and access controls. They must inform their communities about enabled features, review who can access submissions or moderation information, and use collected information only for appropriate and lawful purposes.

5. Forms, files and other content

You retain responsibility for content you submit or configure. You grant the Services a limited permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the requested features. Do not request, upload, or store unlawful content, malicious files, credentials, financial information, special-category data, or other highly sensitive information unless you have a valid need and lawful basis.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Discord outages, API changes, hosting failures, maintenance, and other events may affect operation.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services by signing out, removing connected bots, or asking an administrator to delete applicable data. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for misuse, security, legal compliance, harm prevention, or discontinuation.

9. Third-party services

The Services depend on Discord and hosting providers, which operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Utilize, Formalize, and Vocalize are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including lost data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of Utilize is established, without overriding mandatory protections that apply to you. For legal or support questions, use the Utilize support centre. Do not include sensitive personal information in a public support request; ask for a private contact method first.
